Good location, but the room is small for the price you pay. Also had to pay a $20 over night parking fee on top of the price of the expensive hotel.

Solo Traveler
When we came to our room in the evening there were three girls sitting in the hall. They were noisy and maybe drunk. Some other young people arrived and went into rooms and the girls went into the room beside us with three men. We called downstairs and they moved us to another room. In the change of rooms I left my camera in the first room. After checking out the next day I realized that I didn't have my camera. I called the hotel and they said they would call me back if they found it. They did not call back so I went to the hotel. At that point they found my camera and returned it to me. This trendy yet comfortable hotel is close to many Dallas hot-spots. The rooms are immaculate, as is the lobby and everything other part of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and rooms are supplied with l'Occitane toiletries. Staff was very helpful, providing everything we needed. A nice addition is the spa next door, which is top-quality. This is a very chic hotel in a great location - close to many restaurants and North Park Mall. The decor is very clean and crisp and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I continue to impress with this hotel, especially the staff. I had a problem with my heater and the safe and they were fixed in no time. The rooms are small but really stylish and comfortable and very well appointed, with a mini bar, safe, flat screen TV and nice decor. The beds are really comfortable with fretted sheets. Traveling as Couple
It was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and all the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed the wine gathering in the evening & coffee/tea in the morning.
